Are My Files Backed Up?

All files are backed up at various times during the night.
SQL and MySQL database servers are also backed up every night.
Only emails are not backed up. Customers should therefore download their email to an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird, and back them up locally.

However, these backup should not be seen as customer accessible backups, and all customers should backup their own websites and databases on a regular basis.
