Is My IP address blocked by the firewall?

If you cannot access your Cpanel-hosted websites, ftp, email or Cpanel, it may be that your IP address is being blocked by our firewall.

Log in to the client area at https://www.fast2host.com , under My Account select My Services.

Then choose your Linux hosting package, now on the righthand side there will be the option to Unblock IP Address.

You can then check whether your (or your clients) IP address is blocked, and unblock it.
