How to Transfer a Domain Away from Fast2Host

You can transfer your domain to another registrar at any time. To begin the process, first unlock the domain and obtain the required transfer details from your Fast2Host Client Area.

Steps for All Generic Domains (.com, .net, .org, etc.)

1. Log in to your Client Area:
   https://www.fast2host.com/clientarea.php
2. Select My Domains.
3. Find the domain you wish to transfer and click More Options.
4. Unlock the domain and click Generate EPP Code.
5. Check and update your registrant/admin contact email so you can receive approval emails from the gaining registrar.
6. Start the transfer at your new registrar using the EPP code.

Once the transfer begins, you will receive authorisation emails. Approve them promptly to avoid delays. Transfers typically complete within 5–7 days.

Transferring .UK Domains (.co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk)

UK domains do not use EPP codes. Instead, they transfer via an IPS Tag change.

To transfer a .uk domain away from Fast2Host:

Email the Support Team:
support@fast2host.com
Include:
– The domain name
– The new registrar’s IPS Tag

Once the IPS Tag is updated, your new registrar can complete the transfer immediately.
