ISSUE RESOLVED
We have a serious RAM issue with the Plesk MSSQL 17 server. We need to replace the RAM urgently, and we plan to do this at midday today. We will also increase the amount of RAM to improve performance. We wouldn't normally do this during the day, but we feel we have no choice. We expect the server to be down for no more than 15 minutes at the most.
